o   Namkeen is fried in inferior quality oil to make prices down.

o   Oil is heated many times which increases unfavorable fatty acids in the oil which are harmful to body as they increase the chances of heart diseases & obesity.

  • Namkeen is fried in best quality oil. We use 100% groundnut refined oil for namkeen frying as it contains higher MUFA (mono unsaturated fatty acids) which increases HDL cholesterol (high density lipoproteins) which is a good cholesterol & helps to decrease LDL cholesterol (low density lipoproteins) which is bad cholesterol.
  • The oil is heated single time & that also by indirect heating process. E.g.: thermic fluid boiler. Traditional bhatti system is direct heating (800-900c) while indirect heating systems (160-190c) ensures high nutritional values of the product as well as lower generation of unfavorable fatty acids.
  • Sweets are made of pure deshi ghee.
  • Pharma grade sugar used in sweets eliminates intake of sulphur.
  • Namkeen & sweets are made in SS 304 utensils to avoid oxidation caused by ms (iron) utensils at high temperature, under strict hygienic conditions to avoid any contamination & adulteration.
