This Shipping Policy describes how your order is processed & shipped when you make a purchase from mahalaxmifoods.com, herein after referred as “The Site”. This Shipping Policy must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, available at https://www.mahalaxmifoods.com/terms-of-service.

  •  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Generally, we process all the orders on next working day, subject to availability of the stock. Sunday, state holidays & national holidays are non-working days for us. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • Take Away: We welcome all our customers who has booked the order in advance with take away slot as per the availability. Please show your order copy (soft copy or print) to collect the order.
  • Local Delivery: All orders placed before 3 pm are delivered on same day (subject to availability of the stock). All orders placed after 3 pm, get delivered on next working day. Our delivery hours are between 10am - 8pm on the date you select. We are unable to guarantee a particular time for the delivery but rest assured, your package will arrive at the earliest. We are available on Swiggy & Zomato also for our Jalgaon city customers.
  • Within Maharashtra Delivery: All orders are shipped out as soon as possible the day after you place them (subject to availability of the stock). Depending on the delivery location, your order will arrive within 3 – 5 working days.
  • All India Delivery: All orders are shipped out as soon as possible the day after you place them (subject to availability of the stock). Depending on the delivery location, your order will arrive within 5 – 7 working days.
  • International Delivery: All orders are shipped out on coming Monday after you place them (subject to availability of the stock). Depending on the delivery location, your country’s rules & regulations, your order delivery time may vary. Usually, international orders get delivered within 7 – 12 working days.
  • However, due to high demands and / or any type of natural calamities / pandemic, order may get delayed which is out of the scope of The Company as well as shipping agency. In such case, you can expect a call / email from either The Company or the shipping agency.
  • The Site and / or The Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping the order are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
  • The Site and / or The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping agency. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend the Shipping Policy at any time with or without notice. Please check back frequently in the event of changes.
